Abdulraheem Oreagba started out in sales then moved to Information Technology as an IT consultant and
became the Business Development Manager with the premier business school of the North, Kaduna Business School. He developed unique skills in People Management, Team Building, Customer Relationship Management, Effective Communication, Leadership Development among other personal and proficient skill sets.
He has worked for about 25 years with over two decades in the Telecommunications’ space, and has created for himself specialised niches in Business Development, Acquisition, Marketing, Sales and Branding. His professional experiences cut across the multinational giants in the Telecommunications industry in Nigeria: including Airtel Nigeria, Etisalat, 9mobile Nigeria and Globacom Nigeria.
He was responsible for the rebranding projects of Vmobile to Celtel and Zain in the North, now Airtel and has successfully executed million dollar events. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), the highest award for communication and leadership from Toastmasters International, Englewood, Colorado. He is a Competent Communicator (CC) and a Competent Leader (CL) from the same Organisation. He has held various leadership positions Vice President, President and Director in the Division and served at the District level for West Africa. He also served as a Coach, Mentor and Sponsor. Abdulraheem is an inspirational public and key note speaker and trainer with deep understanding of human behaviour, passing messages across experientially and meaningfully. He is also a Rotarian.
Abdulraheem is a certified Advanced Integrative Life Coach from OLCA Coaching Academy and mentored by the Pioneer Coach and Africa’s award winning Integrative Life Coach, Dr. Lanre Olushola (The Catalyst). He is a member of Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN). A Neuro-Linguistic (NLP) Practitioner, certified in Emotional Freedom Techniques and Matrix Re-imprinting, Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Self Mastery among other human behavioural interventions and certifications across a number of specialised courses. He is a certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) of Nigeria, a Business Coach with Nigeria Media Innovation Program (NAMIP), a member of The Octopus Speaking Program (OSP) under Cerca Africa. and a student of Mind Valley.
He is the Founder and CEO of Take One Decision Limited, a company dedicated to inspire thinking for positive development. The company provides services in human capital development, integrative coaching, consultancy, therapy, counselling, negotiation, trainings among other soft aspects of life and business. He is also the Founder and CEO of Rahmore Projects Ltd. A company he founded in 2009 with a specialty in IT supplies, Consulting and Business Improvement.
He had his first degree BSc from the great University of Ilorin, Nigeria and his MBA from the Prestigious Bayero University Kano. He is an alumnus of the University of Washington with certificationsin Project Management and Leadership and Management in Global Health. He is an Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) and an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in addition to earning his Level A, European Business Competency License (EBC*L) Germany and conducting the Management Express series in partnership by British Council in the North in the early 2000s. He has also attended certificate courses in Project Management Program (PMP) and Prince 2 with leading training institutions. He is an Alumni of the Kaduna Business School, a member of Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).
He is the Principal Mentor and coach for The Exclusive Mentorship Program (TEMP), the only exclusive program dedicated to wholesome Mentorship in the North. He helps mentees create a life of their desires and guides them towards having a fulfilled lifestyle in the critical areas of life. He is also a mentor with the Guild of Muslim Professionals and a Micro Mentor. Abdulraheem supports voluntary courses like the Give Foundation, Path to Happiness and Hudayybiyya Foundation in his spare time.
He is the Convener of a membership based book club, The Intellectual Tussle Lounge, with a primary goal of encouraging continuous reading, learning and knowledge transition. Thousands of books are read, reviewed and debated while moderating discussions on topical issues affecting human behaviour.
He is passionate about human behaviour, leadership and continuously grooms quality leaders, communicators, speakers from different spheres of life to grace international contests and stages.
