Collins has varied experiences spanning; Academics, Media, and Telecoms before venturing into private practice Learning and Development. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
As a facilitator, he has been in different projects of business optimization, organizational transformation, policy development, and system mapping for organizational effectiveness and high productivity.

He spent a considerable number of years of his working career in a leading telecom company in Nigeria (MTNN), where he honed skills in Sales and customer services and later moved into the field of Human Capital with a major job role in learning management where he functioned in different roles for over fifteen years in a specialist (supervisor) capacity.
Collins has been instrumental in many training projects, such as Skills Audit, Training Needs Analysis, Customer service training, as well as other business process optimization projects that led to great expansions in business reach, increased customer base, creation of retail outlets, effective customer management, and sales, which aided exponential business growths.
